Has anyone done anything nice for the bank holiday? We went on a bike ride, got a bit wet but my daughter loves muddy puddles so it was a good day 😀

Great minds and all that! We also tried to have a wholesome family bike ride that immediately turned into carrying a toddler on my shoulders while pushing a flat-tyre bike uphill. Happy bank holiday, everyone!

It’s my daughters birthday today and the only thing that she wanted was to go to the zoo! So we dragged ourselves out early to beat the crowds (which were as you’d expect ridicules) and miraculously survived the gift shop exit without a full public meltdown. We are now rewarding ourselves with a massive glass of wine since the little ones…

Spent most of the morning trying to convince a toddler that matching socks do not actually ruin his life, followed by a riveting trip to Tesco.
